How do I submit a birth announcement?
Go to www.poconorecord.com/submitabirth and fill out the form. To use the online form, the parents of the baby must be married. If they are not, a signature is required in person from the father. Call 570-420-4350 with questions. There is no charge for printing a birth announcement.
